              Trico Tower Service Inc.

              Jan. 2009 - Feb. 2013

                            Overall general maintanance and construction of various communications systems and structures such as; complete lighting system installations (beacon's, beacon plate's, complete tower wiring, sidelight installation, lighting controller trouble shooting, circuit board replacement), erection of gyed/ss towers in excess of 300', gyed-wire plum and tensioning with tensionometer knowledge, gyed-wire/hardware change -outs, gyed/ss tower structural integrity improvements (beef ups), gin-pole use and experience, elevated structural grounding solutions, shelter grounding halo installation and excavation, exothermic welding, some civil work including pouring of site pad and setting of template for tower to be, installed ice-bridge's, moutnted misc. antennae booms, installed catwalks, backoe and forklift experience, assembled and incorporated cable trays, decommissioning and removal of outdated equipment, winch rigging with heel block's etc. tower inspections, proper rigging/landing of large microwave dishes and equipment mounts, gyed/ss painting experience 300'+, properly flying and securing all assorted styles of comm. lines from rg6 to 3" coaxil cable to any height.

                            I brought what had been absorbed in my first 4 years of experience over to the cell phone side of communications and gained relative knowledge in the following;  comprehending and following site bluebrints and schematics, understanding the M.O.P., installation of LTE, squid terminations, bbu installs, azmith and sun sight experience, gained complete respect for fiberoptics and its brittleness, gained better understanding of color code and techniques, organization of all coax jumpers and correct support use, and just the general inner-workings of cell site construction as well as maintenance.
